Ransma Foundation "Transformation for Impact"

The Ransma Foundation Center is a non-profit organization that has existed since company inception. The Foundation is a subsidiary of Ransma Engineering Works with the objective to train and mentor young people in the community in mechanical engineering. Having trained over 50 apprentices in the skill and business, the company (Ransma Engineering Works) thought it wise to institutionalize the foundation so that, the affairs and growth of trainees can be tracked and monitored. The company has offered training in mechanical engineering to young people since its inception. Some students from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Takoradi Technical University, University of Mines and Technology, University of Energy and Natural Resource and Takoradi Technical Institute have had the opportunity to do internship with the company. The Foundation partners with the company to develop structures, set guidelines and regulations to keep training sessions up and running.
